Among Korean breads, soboro is quite famous. Recently, I found a version filled with the trendy Dubai-style filling 😊 It’s a fusion of two different styles.
If I had to describe the taste, the combination worked really well!
The outer layer of the soboro bread was coated with chocolate, and inside it was generously filled with pistachio kataifi. It’s a surprisingly well-matched pairing.
I feel like Korea is really good at developing creative desserts like this.
