I couldn’t resist and came to eat K-BBQ! We grilled pork belly, kimchi, fernbrake, and bean sprouts together on a hot iron pan. This combination was new to me, and the fernbrake was surprisingly delicious when grilled! I always thought of fernbrake as a seasoned side dish, so who came up with the idea of grilling it? Genius! 😄
