We grilled some samgyeopsal (Korean pork belly) over charcoal and pan-fried some kimchi to go with it. We also picked up some Korean sweet and spicy fried chicken (dakgangjeong) from the local market and enjoyed it all together! Of course, we couldn’t forget the fresh garlic and chili peppers—they’re a must!
