Among Korean cup noodles, my favorite is Yukgaejang Sabalmyeon. There are two types of Yukgaejang cup noodles—a large cup version and the sabalmyeon (bowl-style) version—and I prefer the sabalmyeon. I really love the light and soft noodle texture that’s unique to sabalmyeon.
These days, Rosé Buldak Bokkeum Myun and Buldak Bokkeum Myun are popular overseas, but what about you? Which cup noodles do you like the most?
