Seriously, Sotbap is my absolute favorite way to eat rice in Korea. Look at how glossy that fresh rice! The magic really happens when you make Nurungji—pouring water into the pot to scrape up all those delicious, toasty crispy bits at the bottom. It’s like a warm, savory hug for your stomach at the end of the meal.
