A Korean friend took me to a restaurant famous for sotbap (rice cooked in a pot). They had a variety of fillings to choose from, and I went with the hairtail fish sotbap. The fish had no fishy smell at all and went perfectly with the rice!
It was my first time trying sotbap, and I loved how moist the rice was and how well it blended with the ingredients. Eating it all together with a spoon in one bite felt almost like scooping a piece of cake—it was so fun! 🍚✨
