There’s hardly ever any leftover chicken 🙂 ~~~~
But this time I had some, so I made a Chicken Mayo Rice Bowl with it.
Just shred the leftover chicken, then simmer it with soy sauce, water, and a bit of corn syrup (or sugar).
Top it with scrambled eggs and a drizzle of mayonnaise — it’s absolutely delicious.
Honestly, it’s so good that you’d almost want to save a piece or two on purpose!
