I was really craving sashimi, so I went to a sashimi restaurant and enjoyed a platter of assorted sashimi! It came with a variety of fish, including flounder, salmon, and rockfish.
What’s your favorite sauce to eat sashimi with? I like sesame oil with salt, and I’m also a fan of ssamjang (or makjang). Sometimes, simply dipping the fish in a little salt is a delicacy on its own—it really lets the fresh flavor of the fish shine through! 🐟
