I tried doenjang risotto at Starfield Suwon!

At first, the combination of Korean soybean paste and risotto sounded a bit unusual.

But I like trying new dishes, so I gave it a shot.

Surprisingly, it was rich, savory, and quite comforting.

Not something you’d expect — but definitely enjoyable!!
