Today I made a variety of side dishes using just one frying pan! I cooked potato pancakes, zucchini pancakes, Spam, and a rolled omelet.
My favorite out of them all is definitely the zucchini pancakes! I sliced the zucchini thin, coated it lightly with Korean pancake mix, and pan-fried it until it was perfectly crispy. I also made a simple soy dipping sauce to go with it. It was so delicious! 😊
