Today’s menu features Spicy Stir-fried Pork (Jeyuk Bokkeum), Cod Clear Soup (Daegu Jiri-tang), Half Shrimp & Half Meat Soryudonggo, and Spicy Mixed Jjolmyeon.
The Daegu Jiri-tang is a clear soup made with cod. It has a light, refreshing flavor, and it was my favorite dish on today’s menu!
