It’s lunch at a Korean buffet where you can enjoy a variety of side dishes. 😊
Today, interestingly, the beef radish soup had enoki mushrooms in it. It was a recipe I’d never seen before, but the texture was actually quite nice!
Fried eggs are always a side dish I end up reaching for, and the sweet pumpkin tempura, vegetable tempura, and seasoned fish cake served on skewers were quite unique.
There were also bossam (boiled pork), salad, and even spaghetti, so there was a really wide variety of dishes to enjoy. 🍽️
