I had a traditional Korean street toast for lunch today. It was packed with shredded cabbage and filled with ham and a rolled omelet. The bread was grilled with margarine, which made it especially delicious. Even though it was loaded with vegetables, it had a rich, savory, and slightly sweet flavor that was surprisingly addictive.
