I ordered a small portion of soy sauce chicken as a side dish, but it was so tender and meaty on the inside, and crispy on the outside that I almost wanted to make it the main dish! Next time, I’d want to order several portions. How can I make it crispy on the outside and so meaty on the inside at home?
