Oysters, the milk of the sea, are at their best in winter.

Winter oysters are the best!

I had some a few days ago, and they were absolutely delicious.

In Korea, oysters are in season during winter, from November to February or March of the following year.

This is when oysters have the best flavor and nutritional value.

They are large, plump, and packed with meat, and you often get a generous amount for the price.

Despite the abundance, they are relatively affordable, which makes them even better.

If you visit Korea in winter, I highly recommend trying Korean oysters — you won’t be disappointed!

I made gimbap with brown rice, Vienna sausages, cheese, and rolled omelet! The sausages are a bit salty, so they really balanced the seasoning perfectly. It was a delicious meal!
