I had ox knee cartilage and beef shank boiled meat hot pot, which is known for its mild and savory broth~~ The beef shank comes from the front leg, so it’s chewy yet meaty! The ox knee cartilage is from the knee joint, rich in collagen and very tender! 😄 It might taste a bit plain on its own, so I dipped it in some sauce. I really want some of that warm broth again!
