Muk muchim

This is muk-muchim, a seasoned salad made with acorn jelly. It’s tossed with vegetables like lettuce and cucumber in a flavorful sauce. The jelly itself is soft and tender, while the seasoning—based on soy sauce and red chili powder—is savory, slightly spicy, and nutty. It’s relatively low in calories, so it’s great for a light snack. Of course, if you eat it as an appetizer before a main meal, it only feels low-calorie, haha!
