I had some leftover raw fish from a meal, so I made myself a Korean-style raw fish rice bowl (hoe-deopbap)! I used a tangy and slightly spicy Korean cho-gochujang sauce, which turned out to be delicious. I think this sauce would also be perfect for making mulhoe (Korean spicy raw fish soup) next time!
