When I ordered gopchang and daechang at a restaurant, they served it like this—they used a slice of bread to make the mouth and potatoes and beef heart (yeomtong) for the eyes. But the expression looked a little scary, haha, and I wasn’t sure what to think! Still, it didn’t last long before it ended up in my mouth!
