Food you crave on a cold day

Isn’t it colder in Korea these days?

With this cold weather continuing, I’ve really been craving a bowl of Dakhanmari broth.

Dakhanmari is one of Korea’s classic light and comforting soup dishes, and it’s especially famous in the Dongdaemun area of Seoul.😊

You know how familiar flavors can be the most dangerous — just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

Dipping the tender, cooked chicken into that savory dipping sauce, sipping the clean and comforting broth…

And then at the end, adding kalguksu noodles to the leftover soup — I can’t stop thinking about it.
