With this cold weather continuing, Iāve really been craving a bowl of Dakhanmari broth.
Dakhanmari is one of Koreaās classic light and comforting soup dishes, and itās especially famous in the Dongdaemun area of Seoul.š
You know how familiar flavors can be the most dangerous ā just thinking about it makes my mouth water.
Dipping the tender, cooked chicken into that savory dipping sauce, sipping the clean and comforting brothā¦
And then at the end, adding kalguksu noodles to the leftover soup ā I canāt stop thinking about it.
