I’ve been changing my diet recently because my liver hasn’t been in the best condition.
Instead of heavy or greasy food, I’ve been eating more plant-based meals.
Today, I had a bowl of gondre-bap (rice mixed with seasoned thistle greens).
It’s simple, earthy, and not overpowering — but still very satisfying.
After a few days of eating lighter and more vegetable-focused meals, I genuinely feel less bloated and much lighter overall.
Sometimes small changes in what we eat make a bigger difference than we expect.
