I went to a Korean-style jeon restaurant and tried a platter of assorted jeon! I can’t believe pancakes could taste this good haha. The heart-shaped Korean ham was cute and delicious, and I especially enjoyed my favorite, dongtae-jeon (pan-fried pollock). There were also a variety of others like chili pepper jeon and perilla leaf jeon—it was such a great mix!
